Yes that is possible
You will see a folder Called templates  in the root of mailyoulike directory under that , each  directory name is the name of skin  . Plus there are two subfolder's called images and css  and a html file called default.html

You can design your own skin put files  in these directories make sure you put the custom tags  that will be replaced with the live content in mailyoulike where ever you put thoose tags  these will be replaced by  the content at run time
