For some reason the following error is displayed when a user goes to my_folder.aspx and they have a new e-mail. I had simular problems with this before but was fixed by adding   <globalization culture="gu-IN"/> to the web.config file of the project. I can not change the date settings on the server since it is not hosted by the company I am working for.  I've tried fixing this my self but it looks like the code that is causing this exception is inside one of the dlls
