Hi Suhail,

Im having a problem with my install of mailyoulike. New users are unable to register successfully for a new email account with mail you like as when they submit they get an invalid id message.

I have my system set to disallow the email confirmation, meaning that new users shouldn't have to enter in an existing email address to create an account. I think some sort of token id is generated by the reg_complete.aspx page and this is the page that is saying the id is invalid. Is there anything you can do to help me with this. Also I noticed the customer area has been taken down for the mailyoulike site and now the customer area is on you main kaleemsoft site. however my login does not work for this meaning I can't get at any updates that may have been made. I think im running on version 3.1 currently.

Cheers in advance

Anthony

Pressing ctrl f5  when you are on the page which says invalid id will load the correct page !

Cheers, I thought they must have been some simple explanation. I assuming that this will not effect the end user when trying to register, can you get the script to refresh the page if this error occurs. I can see the error routine in your code but don't want to mess too much. Maybe its just a case of doing a refresh in the asp in replacement of the error message output???

My old account info is on its way via email, cheers

Hi !

It may not effect the end user  but if there browser also cache  pages depending on their settings  then end user will also see this message  but pressing ctrl f5 will solve the problem !

Older browser may have this problem but up-to-date browser do have this problem !

Thanks
