hi i need help. i have mailyoulike 3.1 with the service pack instaled all my user are able to send and recive email but no one is able to retrive email from the pop account no error at the setup pop account everything look fine but no user get email fron the others account setup by the pop on maiyoulike any help is apreciated.

Hi !
Two Things You can do
1 - Make 100 % sure the pop Details you entered are valid and password is not changed ! although mailyoulike check for the details once they are enetered but after that if any one changes pop account password then mailyoulike will not be able to retrive 2 - Secondly Log into admin Panel and checks the logs for error that will help you in resloving the real issue

hi i own my server i mean my email server, web server ,sql server i'm the administrator so i mean that i setup the account all is correct even if i created a new account and i try to setup a new pop it never retrive such email

Hi ! Then the only thing left is you make pop account and new Mailyoulike account
and email the login info to support@mailyoulike.com once we have the details we will see what the problem is - as for pop account features it is working 100 % for all other clients that are using mailyoulike , may be it is server configuration problem or any other but we can only confirm after we investigate into this matter for that we need the above mentioned login details

Hi ! That Error is solved with SP 1.1
Users who are Using Sql Database for mailyoulike please change the Datatype of field body1 in table messages to TEXT - User who are using MS Access are not affected by this bug
Please login into your Customer Panel at http://mailyoulike.com/cust_login.asp
and Download The SP1.1 and also the read me File

hi Suhail now i got this error have an idea? I have been emaling you so many times but i think you are not getting emails ? Can you use some other email address? i am getting all your email but it seems you are not getting my emails i have fixed your problem but you are not getting my emails please use some other email and let me know ASAP Thanks
