Just a little/big remark about the Powered by... mention.

Would you like you website to include at the bottom of every pages something like this:

Of course not! And most of these companies do not require such notice, especially the "©" since you might find it perturbing to be forced to add "©2004 Another Company" on the same page than your own work such as logo, design, layout etc...

And if this is still too much for you, you can purchase a removal link license
It might not be very important for some of you but for others might be important enough to be appreciated, at least for me it is.
