First of all, do you have a valid name for the mail server on the box?  Something like mail.yourdomain.com.  If so, that is what you use.  From there, you need to use your POP3 connection manager to create a POP3 user.  This user account can then be user for the catch-all.

If you have an ISP, you may want to have them setup a POP3 account on their mail server you can use.  If you can not figure out how to add a user, then you can e-mail me offlist at hoover@poweredbysuccess.com and I may be able to assist.  If all else fails, we can talk about using a catch-all on my server.

In fact, if anyone needs a mail server catch-all, contact me.
