Free SMS alert from all incoming emails or selected ones (based on filters), SMS must include the sender name and the subject, with the option to include the body as well, if necessary generate few SMS to include the whole message.

To make MailYouLike run by itself on the server like Yahoo without the need to have people calling MailYouLike pages to run it.

Less bugs, more stable, better tested before released... therefore less patches.

An exact historic list of which files changed and why to avoid having to reinstall the whole application with every new version and/or patch.

SMS cannot be free admin running mailyoulike  will have to pay a fee to use SMS gateways - Their users can get free SMS  Service  but  admin  must pay a fee to use the SMS Service  Mailyoulike Can only include a option to use that  gateway but Again  lots of gateways have their own protocol   some have HTTP and some use COM so it would be very difficult to implement  all  in mailyoulike but  few  can be added any suggestion which gateway is  very popular to include in mailyoulike?

Thanks

Nope, nope, the other way around: to download emails using Outlook, Netscape or any mail client, just like Yahoo! can (premium option).

Using Yahoo! Messenger (the latest one), you can send free SMS to some wireless users using Sprint, Verizon, AT&T and Cingular. Not sure how they implemented that but it's free to use and works pretty good both ways (http://mobile.yahoo.com/sms/sendsms)

Yes it is free for end user but yahoo  must be paying some fee . when sending sms you are using sms gateway that are offered by number of companies on net or a direct contract with  ISP itself

No that cannot be done with mailyoulike as mailyoulike only uses one pop account ( Catch all ) for all users in Database , but in future i will code a addin for outlook  which when installed will retrive email  from Catch all account  for that user only

* MPopper has been released with Mailyoulike v3.5 which can allow end users to send and receive email from their pop3 clients such as outlook
Go here for details: http://mailyoulike.com/mpopper.asp

hi Suhail ,

how about integrating SMS services to email account , many sites are providing that and what i suggest you can tie up with a payment gateway and understand their codes . When you get a client interested in providing this service you can immediatly apply the code and leave it to the client to buy the sms codes or pay for the setup cost ....

After such a beautiful launch of your application i dont think any SMS gateway site would mind tieing up with you . IT will also help me as i was thinking of this service to be added

Hi Suhail

I would like the ability to have graphical advertising spots on the left had side of the email compose page and on the message sent page on the left hand column the ability to have large graphical advertsisement.

Plus you could program a text ad feature charging pay per click for advertiser. These messages can be placed at the end of an email in a neat box.
