When somebody is signing for a new account, he gets a "please confirm your email" email from the admin, a message automatically generated online. It will be nice for the real admin to log into his account and to see these emails in his "send" folder. This should apply for any emails automatically generated from the website (lost password for example).

yes that will also be implemented - also in next upgrade admin can edit email text from there admin panel which will be sent to users like confirm your email and lost password email and all others Thanks Suhail kaleem mailyoulike.com
