problems with attachments

I'm having issues with attachments in some (not all) emails. Sometimes the emails allow me to get to the attachments, sometimes not. The size of the email indicates there is something there, but there is no link to retrieve the attachment.

Any ideas?

Hi !

If you have edited the r1.asp page then just replace the it with the orginal r1.asp page

if that does not work - make a ftp account for me - i will fix the problem for you

I'll replace the file and see what happens...thanks.

ADDED COMMENT: I had not changed the r1.asp file, only the template. I will do some testing and let you know what I find.
