I am getting a message when I attempt to download the .zip file of the application from the client area. It states that 'Internet explorer cannot download getfile.asp from alwaqar.com'

Please make sure you are not using any download managers to downlaod the file
if you still have problems please email support and they will email you the files

Login to control panel
now you will see a email link click on
that link and that file will be emailed to you !
