How is mail delivered?

How is email placed in the database? Since MailYouLike runs on Windows, there are no cron jobs, so it it required that I have access to something like windows task manager?

Hi !

mailyoulike don't require any task manager ,

everytime users logs in all email are downloaded from the mail server automatcally . stored into database ( access ,MS sql or MySql ) after checking each mail
