It would be a huge time saver to be able to search for users without typing the domain name.  Now, I know that the PLUS product does multiple domains, but if you could search for users by name only, and they are registered in multiple domains, it could list them all, and you just pick the one you want to work with.

Maybe it's just my laziness, but it makes sense to me.
