I don't know what this guy's problem is but I found Mail You like's support to be excellent! I had a couple of small problems and Suhail really swung into action very fast and fixed it all up perfectly! For a hundred bucks I think it provides excellent value for money!

Hi there First I want to state that I bought MailYouLike just when it changed to version 3.0. One should know that no programm is perfect on the first shot. Even Microsoft does release updates every week. Yes there are still some flaws in the applikation, but Suhail has allways worked things out for me and I am sure that he is on the right track with his solution. As for Mr. Marc Pidoux. He is posting here and also writing mails to me that I should be aware of problems. Well thanks Mr. Pidoux that you think for me but I must say I have been fitted with my own brain. As for this if you are unhappy in any way with the soltution. Discuss this with Suhail in private mail and don't try to save the world. Regards Markus PS: Suahil. Keep up the good work

I completely agree with you Markus, and I don't expect MailYouLike, just like any other application, to be perfect! But I spend many many hours customizing and testing it, probably reason why I found more bugs that most users (but as well some really cool features!) MailYouLike support in fact is one of the best I ever had from any company, and I only have one issue with this company: the way they handle critical issues. I discovered many bugs in this application, including 2 or 3 critical issues where emails weren't delivered at all. Through several emails I told them about it and, as you realized, the result of these emails wasn't a happy ending ! I believe that companies have a duty to inform customers about what their program can and cannot do, but I think that now MailYouLike agrees with me since they restored the post they first deleted.

Dear Marc The title of your post is: Topic: The worst support you will EVER get!!! Yet you write in your last post: MailYouLike support in fact is one of the best I ever had from any company. Taken from you last post I think you have cooled of a bit. Well you helped us all with your findings (Not with your post or even mail to us !!) I guess you helped Suhail also so I am sure that if you ask him very kindly and in a applogizing way he will surely remove the link for free. So pal cheer up and enjoy the summer. Markus

Suhail and MailYouLike have been far more responsive then virtually any company I have dealt with. The fact that negative posts are not deleted by MailYouLike is a sign of their integrity! Great job!
