I keep getting this error message can anyone help me?

you will find a web.config file in the root of your Virtual folder for mailyoulike

you will find CustomErrors node there just change the value of Mode to Off

if this does not work then your web.config file has some invalid or incomplete node, in that case email Mailyoulike support with your ftp information
